The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) is responsibile for certifying and licensing pesticide applicators in Florida.

- For information on licensing and certification exams for Florida pesticide applicators who treat agricultural and related sites, such as agricultural fields, plant nurseries, golf courses, industrial sites, highway rights-of-way, and other similar areas, contact the FDACS Pesticide Certification Section at (850) 617-7870.

- For information on licenses and certification exams required for persons who do residential pesticide applications, structural pest control, or public health pest control (mosquito control, etc.) the FDACS Entomology and Pest Control Section at (850) 617-7997.

 

Reciprocal Agreements with Other States for Applicator Licensing in Florida
